About Me
Hey everyone! My name is Lexi and I grew up in a small town in Idaho. I didn’t travel at all growing up and left the US for the first time at age 25. As soon as I returned from my trip I put my 2 weeks in at my job and decided I was going to travel the world in any way I could. Now I am solo backpacking around the world (on a budget) and I want to share the adventure with all of you!
I have had a lot of challenging experiences throughout my life (who hasn’t?) I share a lot of what I have learned through those trials as well as lessons I learn while I travel the world. Experience is the best teacher they say!
I believe that through all of the highs and lows in life being able to experience this existence on earth is truly a beautiful thing. There are times when life can seem unbearable but there is always hope and the light will always shine through in time. I hope we can go on this journey together and grow along the way.
This blog has 2 different areas: Travel and Life Lessons. I will share all I have learned with you through living life and traveling the world as well as give you all the information about each country and traveling so you can do the same. You can head over to the blog section and read about whatever you heart desires!

Fun Facts About Me:
- I get a tattoo in every country I visit and I am slowly building a whole sleeve on my right arm! ( I will probably have to expand to my left arm too haha) This has made for some really interesting stories and helped me meet some really amazing people.
- I absolutely love to try any new physical activity or sport. I am recovered from binge eating disorder as well as being diagnosed with PCOS and have been getting my health back on track! Im excited to try every new crazy activity I come across!
- I have always loved the ocean since I was little. I grew up in Idaho with no beach for multiple days drive but I finally got to see the ocean for the first time at 15 and I cried (typical for me) when we saw it through the windows on the airplane. Since then it’s been a place of comfort and happiness for me.
- I absolutely love music! I am always listening to some kind of music no matter what I am doing and I have loved to dance and sing as long as anyone can remember. I am getting getting back into dance!
- I have always been a nature person since I was little. It always felt like my real home. Even now being stuck in a city too long makes me go a little crazy. However, I was definitely not an “outdoors” person but now I love any activity I can do outside! From hiking to learning to surf to just sitting and enjoying the peace nature brings.
- My favorite thing in the world is meeting people and making friends. I have always felt like people are my reason for being on earth which is part of the reason I love being on here and social media so much! I love taking you guys on these adventures with me and being able to take you around the world on adventures and share the lessons I have learned.
- For all of you astrology fans out there I am a Virgo Sun and Aries rising 😉 I don’t know a ton about astrology but I definitely think its an interesting thing to learn about and my whole chart is spot on!
